By accessing or using the services provided by MS Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, phone counseling, WhatsApp communication, and in-person guidance, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Description

MS Foundation provides career counseling, admission guidance, course and college verification, and placement assistance for various educational programs. We do not guarantee admission to any institution. Admission is subject to the respective college/university's eligibility criteria, seat availability, and entrance examination results.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during counseling and admission processes
• Submit genuine documents and certificates as required by educational institutions
• Not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during counseling sessions

4. Fees and Payments

Our counseling and guidance services may involve consultation fees. Any fees will be clearly communicated before services are rendered. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Placement Assistance

We provide placement assistance and job referral services to eligible candidates. However, we do not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on various factors including the candidate's performance, employer requirements, market conditions, and interview outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, and the "MS Foundation" name, are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

MS Foundation shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, admission rejection, changes in admission criteria, or any disputes between students and educational institutions.

8. Third-Party Institutions

We collaborate with various colleges, universities, and educational boards (including NIOS and B.O.S.S.E, Sikkim). We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of these third-party institutions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
